All of our Poly Plush Velvet is waterproof. Wired edge fabrics are not considered waterproof, however the wire in the edge allows most of them to withstand outside weather conditions.
All of our pre-made bows are packed in inner trays, wired down tightly and then boxed to avoid movement or crushing during shipping. Bows are packaged to arrive to you as beautiful as when they are placed into the box.
